All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of assisting the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of the United Arab Emirates and other applicable jurisdictions.

Conditions to Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must use Signature Gateway in compliance with these Terms of Use.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You may only use Signature Gateway’s services to make legitimate reservations on behalf of yourself or authorized third parties.

You are responsible for all payments, changes, cancellations, and other matters related to your booking.

General Rules and Conditions

When booking services through Signature Gateway, you authorize us (or a third-party provider) to act as your agent during the booking process with the selected Travel Supplier (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). You also authorize us to make necessary payments in your name. The amount to be charged will be displayed before you confirm your booking.

You must provide accurate booking details. If incorrect information or unauthorized payment details are provided, we may request additional verification.

We are not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, or service adjustments made by Travel Suppliers. If issues arise with a booking made through our services, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will attempt to resolve them within commercially reasonable standards.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Signature Gateway are the exclusive property of Signature Gateway and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, modification, or misuse of our brand, name, or website content is prohibited.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Ticketing Policies

  • Once a booking is completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. This is not an e-ticket but proof that your order has been received.
  • After payment is processed and tickets are issued, you will receive your e-ticket receipt.
  • Modifications or cancellations are subject to airline fare rules. Some fares may be non-refundable or limited in change options.
  • Airline policies (e.g., 24-hour free cancellation rules) vary by fare type. Please check your fare conditions.
  • Our post-ticketing processing fees apply for cancellations, exchanges, or special handling.

Baggage Allowance

  • Your baggage allowance will be specified on your e-ticket receipt.
  • Some airlines offer lower fares without luggage. Please check before confirming.
  • Baggage policies (fees, size, weight) are controlled solely by the airline. Signature Gateway has no liability for baggage fees.

Travel Suppliers: Rules and Restrictions

When booking via Signature Gateway, you agree to both our Terms and the Travel Supplier’s Terms.

  • Travel Suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) may impose additional conditions.
  • Failure to comply may result in cancellations, denied boarding, or forfeiture of funds.
  • Some suppliers may require additional deposits upon check-in (unrelated to Signature Gateway).

Requirements for Travel

Travel documentation requirements vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure you carry:

  • Valid passport and/or visas.
  • Other required entry documents (e.g., Covid-19 tests, vaccination certificates).
  • Comply with destination laws and regulations.

Signature Gateway is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to lack of documentation.

Payment

  • By providing your card details, you authorize Signature Gateway (or our service providers) to charge the quoted total amount.
  • Payments must be completed before tickets are issued.
  • In case of payment issues, prices may increase before confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Eligibility for refunds depends on airline fare rules.
  • Discounted fares may be partially or fully non-refundable.
  • Refunds for partially used tickets will depend on airline policy.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the ticket validity period.
  • Processing fees apply to cancellations, changes, or refund handling.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Force Majeure

Signature Gateway is not liable for service failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, floods, etc.).
  • Political unrest, terrorism, war.
  • Strikes or labor disputes.
  • Airline insolvency or technical disruptions.
  • Pandemic or epidemic-related restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

Signature Gateway acts solely as an intermediary between you and Travel Suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or operational disruptions.
  • Loss, damages, delays, or costs incurred by Travel Supplier errors.
  • Force majeure events beyond our control.

Our total liability will not exceed the cost of the booking in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Gateway, its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violations of law, or breaches of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If disputes cannot be resolved through our Customer Support, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable UAE law. Class action suits are not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be subject to UAE jurisdiction.

Prohibited Items

Dangerous goods (explosives, corrosives, flammable materials, radioactive materials, etc.) are prohibited in checked or cabin baggage except as specifically permitted by airline regulations.

Discount Coupons & Vouchers

  • Coupons are valid for one year from issue.
  • Coupons may be transferred but are the sole responsibility of the holder.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Final Provisions

By booking with Signature Gateway, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Updates may be made periodically and will be posted on SignatureGateway.com. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
